A visit with the 5th grade Teachers and Helping with the Cleanup

I colored my hair today, I picked a darker color this time.  Seems weird, who am I!

 

 

We had an appointment with four 5th grade teachers today.  They are going to bring their students to tour the sculptures, about 100 kids!  The kids will arrive in 2 groups of 50.  That's a lot of kids here at one time!

 

The crew that is cleaning up Ray's place was back today.  Poor guys, the bank misrepresented the job, told her it was a lot less than is really was.  They came last week intending to do it in one day.  They filled up one roll-off and started on another and ended up having to stay in a motel for the night.  They weren't able to finish up on the second day and had to come back later because they had other commitments.  We felt sorry for them and went over and helped them today.  We cleaned up the washhouse and the dog shed and helped with another shed.  Wow, what a LOT of stuff!!  Dusty, dirty work!!  They filled the second roll-off to the top and left some stuff in the sheds and didn't have time to clean up the side yard.  They probably could have filled another roll-off!  Found a board that is 2 feet wide!  Wow, what a big log that came from!  Here's a corner in the wash house before clean-up.

 

 

 

 

The sheds are falling apart, they need to be demolished.  Sad that no one kept them up after Joe died.

 

 

Our supper was taco salad.
