The Day After and full of pain!

Woke up this morning hardly able to move my back hurt so bad!  Ice, heat and ibuprofen all day and it's still hurting. I'm having a hard time going from sitting to standing.  Pain!  I missed shooting the sunrise for the first time in a long time today because of the pain!

John made us lunch, here's mine, a ham, cheese and egg sandwich eaten out under the locust tree. 

 

 

 

Here's our supper, also made by John, Green Chili Beans.  Yummy!
