Museum Day

Today was our day to open the Apache County Museum in St. Johns.  It was a hot day and the air conditioning in the museum is still not working.  They had to order a new unit, the old one is shot, and it will be a while before they can get it installed.  Hopefully by our next day it will be done! 

After we closed we visited our cemetery plot, some Bird of Paradise bushes have started growing there and I shot some photos.

We also visited the gravel pit where Merv stores old machinery.  He gave John permission to pick up a part for the dump wagon that was donated to the museum.  It was about to fall apart and John is stabilizing it.

Visited with Mom for a bit, then came home and made a salad for supper.
