WITL - Wednesday - Bread Day

I didn't sleep well last night and my scores were not as good!  The mask wasn't fitting right and I kept feeling air leaking out, even though it said there was no leak, I could feel it, there was!  John said he slept well.

Sunrise, wow has the sun moved!  On solstice day it was in the middle of the tree to the far left!

Today is Bread day!  I grind my own white winter wheat fresh every time I make bread.

Stone ground wheat!

Everything is set up and ready to go.

Wheeee!  Makes me dizzy to watch!

I divided the dough into 4 loaves.

Then I weighed them to make sure each loaf was the same size.

All shaped and rising.

I love the smell of bread baking!  The loaves are all baked and ready to eat.

Cocoa and toast for breakfast

No sugar is added to my peanut butter or the jam!

I checked facebook while I ate and waited for the bread to rise.

Meanwhile, John is in his workshop working on the old dump wagon.

He's putting metal on top of the wood bottom.  Only one door had the metal still on it and it was in horrible shape, so he is replacing the metal on both doors.

Time to do the dishes again!

Drying my hair.
The book I'm reading on my nook

They came and picked up the roll-off today.  Still waiting to see when the property goes up for auction.

A friend we met at the art barn brought a group of friends to visit today.  He wants to buy my alligator on the bike guy, but I'm not ready to sell him!

Lunch was toast and cheese for me and lasagna for John.

Our youngest granddaughter got her driving permit today!  Wow, the years have flown by so fast!

We ate supper under the locust tree, John picked up a roasted chicken and some mashed potatoes at Safeway while he was running errands.

We watched another episode of MASH then went for a short walk to the end of the street and back.  It sprinkled on us!  It didn't last long, it quit about the time we got back home.

Sunset

The end of the street and turnaround time.
